The Turks and Caicos Islands in the Caribbean Sea near the Bahamas are about 640 miles east-southeast of Miami. The British Overseas Territory is made up of nearly 300 islands and islets separated into two main island groups—the Turks Islands, with two major islands, and the Caicos Islands, made up of eight main islands. Among the main Caicos Islands, the Providenciales, also known as “Provo,” are home to the largest population, and Grace Bay, where most of the resorts are located.
Kyle and his crew were on location at Club Med for a week. They had the opportunity to explore the area through the humorous style Kyle is known for. “I wanted to capture the feeling of vacation and summer. When I was a kid, I grew up eating Bomb Pops. They were totally part of my summer memories—Fourth of July, pools, swimming, trying to hold a Bomb Pop while it melted down your arm.”
