Behind the Shot
The Dog House is an absolute institution in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This no-frills spot on Route 66 serves foot-long chili dogs served with red or green chiles, Tater Tots and a killer Frito pie. The drive-in, with its iconic dachshund vintage neon sign, has been in service for over 50 years. This establishment was featured prominently on several episodes of TV’s Breaking Bad, and was named the restaurant in New Mexico with the best hot dog in 2018.
