Behind the Shot
Sometimes things just align perfectly. For photographer Kelsey Williamson, capturing this image seemed to be written in the stars.Driving down a road in French Polynesia she’d been on countless times before, she suddenly noticed a single palm tree above a lagoon and pulled over. There was no wind that night, so she was able to see a perfectly still reflection of the palm tree in the water. She got out and immortalized that beautiful, fleeting, perfect moment.
