Behind the Shot
Sometimes photographers are just in the right place at the right time to get a spectacular shot. This “very fortuitous photograph” was taken by Lindsey Grace Whiddon in the Bonneville Salt Flats just outside of Salt Lake City, Utah. It doesn’t usually rain there, but on this particular day about 2 inches of rainwater covered the flats. The water gave the illusion that the motorcyclist was riding the 1980 Suzuki GS 450 above water. Now, that’s a lucky shot.
