Request Verification. Please note all consumer requests described above in this Section 5 are subject to verification and there may be circumstances where we do not honor your request, as required or permitted under the law. We may verify any request by asking for additional information, including identifying information to verify the identity of the person making the request. You are entitled to make any such request through an authorized agent. If an authorized agent is making the request, such requests are subject to the same verification process mentioned above and we may also ask for additional proof of authorization.

Third Party Marketing. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request information regarding the disclosure of your personal information to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes in certain instances. Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. DNT is a way for users to inform websites and services that they do not want certain information about their webpage visits collected over time and across websites or online services. We do not recognize or respond to browser-initiated DNT signals, as the Internet industry is currently still working toward defining exactly what DNT means, what it means to comply with DNT, and a common approach to responding to DNT.
